Having seen the enormous advantage of this award, I would like to suggest that the management of CBC Award should try as much as posible to facilitate the process of payment for the contest, by introducing Wire Transfer, and accessing credit cards directly without PayPal. This is to enable international communities to participate in the contest without difficulties, because PayPal does not offer service to so many countries, which restricts some international communities from participating in the contest.
